Blue Ice Spikes
Miniature Market sells may interesting and cheap, small terrain items. One of these is the Blue Ice Spikes. It will go well with many of my miniature games, no matter the scale.
All I did was drybrush three different colours of light blues to bring out the detail, as they were molded in blue transparent plastic.
