Jaakuna Ubume is a resurrectionist model for the Malifaux game. It is a model designed to hold other models in place and keep objectives.
Primed white. Painted the skin of the figures with Khardic Flesh, drybrush mix Midlund Flesh/Wurm Green, and lightly drybrushed mix Ryn Flesh/Wurm Green. Painted Jaakuna's dress Sulfur Yellow and drybrushed mix Sulfur Yellow/Menoth White Highlight. Girl's dress painted Cygnar Base Blue, drybrush Cygnar Blue Highlight, lightly drybrushed mix Cygnar Base Blue/Menoth White Highlight. Hair painted Thamar Black, drybrushed Coal Black, lightly drybrushed mix Coal Black/Menoth White Highlight. Chains painted Pig Iron and highlighted Cold Steel. Dress sash painted Iridian Flesh and drybrushed Beast Hide.
Base water painted Trollblood Highlight, drybrushed Meridius Blue, lightly drybrushed Arcane Blue, and an even lighter drybrush mix Arcane Blue/Menoth White Highlight. Lilypads painted Ordic Olive, drybrushed Iosian Green, lightly drybrushed Wurm Green and Necrotite Green. Bubbles painted Menoth White Highlight. Then the whole model was washed with Agrax Earthshade, water Arcane Blue, and dress Seraphim Sepia. The lily pads were then lightly drybrushed with Necrotite Green. Outer rim painted Iosian Green.
