Nothing Beast

The Nothing Beast is a brutal melee enforcer that works well with Tara and the Void Wretches (of course). It is also incorperal and has a defense that allows it to counter-attack blows. This model is the nightmare version but the regular two armed version is still available from Wyrd in the Herald of Oblivion crew box.

Started primed white, painted everything Exile Blue, drybrushed with Trollblood Blue vigorously, drybrushed with Underbelly Blue normally and drybrushed lightly with Frostbite.
I then painted the eyes with Thamar Black and then a drop of Arcane Blue in each of their six eyes. I then drybrushed their teeth with Menoth White Highlight.

The base was done with Basius 2 Plaguelands, painted with dollarstore black, heavily drybrushed with Umbral Umber, drybrushed with Bloodstone and lightly drybrushed with Rucksack Tan.

Void Wretches

Void Wretches can slow or fast, bury models and can heal models that are buried. These I got in the Nightmare edition of Tara's box but they are the same as the regular box ones.

Started primed white, painted everything Exile Blue, drybrushed with Trollblood Blue vigorously, drybrushed with Underbelly Blue normally and drybrushed lightly with Frostbite.

Performers

I had the older metal Performers around (with manikins) to use as mercenaries but I may expand the arcanists to play Colette in the future. The look fun luring models to them and some double negative def and wp dual action with scheme markers sound like fun.

Both models were primed white.

This model's skin was painted with Umbral Umber, drybrushed with Iridian Flesh and lightly drybrushed with Khardic Flesh. The dress, gloves and stockings were painted with Cygnar Base Blue, drybrushed with Cygnar Blue Highlight and lightly drybrushed with Meridius Blue.

The dress was very lightly drybrushed with Meridius Blue and Menoth White Highlight. The gloves and stocking was washed with Badab Black and lightly drybrushed with Meridius Blue. The hair was painted with Umbral Umber and drybrushed with Bloodstone and lightly drybrushed with Rucksack Tan.

This model's skin was painted with Khardic Flesh, drybrushed with Midlund Flesh and lightly drybrushed with Ryn Flesh. The dress was painted with Beaten Purple and drybrushed with Sanguine Highlight, lightly drybrushed with 50/50 Murderous Magenta and Menoth White Highlight. The yellow part of the dress was painted with Cygnar Yellow and drybrushed with Mouldy Ochre.

The stocking was painted with Thamar Black and drybrushed with Menoth White Highlight. The hair was painted with Khador Red Highlight and drybrushed with Ember Orange. The necklace was painted with Solid Gold. The feather was painted with Cygnar Base Blue and drybrushed with Cygnar Blue Highlight.

The base was done with Basius 2 Homestead plate, painted with dollarstore black, drybrushed with Umbral Umber, drybrushed with Bloodstone and lightly drybrushed with Rucksack Tan.

Land Conveyer

The Spartan Games Dystopian Legions Britannia Land Conveyer was purchased to have a generic vehicle on the table for scenery. I will be using it for Malifaux and Infinity.

It was painted with dollarstore paints after it was primed black. I applied dark green then drybrushed a lighter green and then a drybrushing of very light green. I then applied metallic to the treads, handles and metal looking parts as well as for wear. I then sloppily used dark brown then lighter brown to create a look that made it seem it just came out of a muddy area for that worn effect.
I then used a little red, yellow and green to detail the control panel and the heat of the engine and exhaust.

TARDIS or Telephone Box

The Reaper Miniatures Bones Telephone Box is a neat little terrain feature that can be used for countless miniature games. It also makes for a nice nod to a certain time traveller.

It was painted with dollarstore paints. Primed black, it was drybrushed with dark blue, then mid blue and finally ivory white mixed with the mid blue. Some black was applied with the ivory on top to make the signs, symbols and light on top.

Steampunk Cannon

The JR Miniatures Steampunk Cannon was a terrain piece that I've had for a while but have not painted. I started last year and then put it aside to finish other high priority items.

I painted it with mostly dollarstore paints. Primed black I then drybrushed it with grey and then a blend of lighter grey and metallic. The brass was painted with GW Blighted Brass. The red is Khador Red Highlight.
