Emperor Palpatine
Emperor Palpatine was primed black. Painted Thamar Black, heavily drybrushed Greycoat Grey, drybrushed Cryx Bane Base/Coal Black, Lightly drybrushed Cryx Bane Highlight/Coal Black, and fine drybrush of Trollblood Highlight/Coal Black.
Skin painted Khardic Flesh, drybrushed Midlund Flesh, lightly drybrushed Ryn Flesh/Menoth White Highlight. Sulfur Yellow was used in the eye sockets. Cane painted Umbral Umber, drybrushed Bootstrap Leather, lightly drybrushed Rucksack Tan. Cloak clasp painted Quick Silver.
