From the Walking Dead Scenery Booster are the barriers. I picked up two of these during a sale Mantic had for use as Batman Miniature Game scenery but the tire barrier could equally be used for Gaslands and the wood and crate barrier can be used for any type of game. 
This set is well made and inexpensive, plus comes with wrecked cars too. I'll create a post on those at a later date.
