Seasoned Spigot

Seasoned Spigot is a kicker and finisher for the Solthecius team in Guildball and is available in the "Faithful: New Beginnings" box.

Primed white and washed with GW Badab Black. White painted Menoth White and drybrushed Morrow White. Gold parts painted a 2/1 mix of Radiant Platinum and Cygnar Yellow. Blues painted Exile Blue, drybrushed Cygnar Blue Highlight, and drybrushed mix Cygnar Blue Highlight and Menoth White Highlight.

 Metals painted Pig Iron then highlighted Quicksilver. Jerkin painted Umbral Umber, drybrushed Bloodstone, lightly drybrushed Bloodtracker Brown, and the laced painted Rucksack Tan. Leathers painted Bloodstone.

Basius 3 mini plate used for base. Painted dollarstore black. Roughly drybrushed Iosian Green, drybrushed Wurm Green, lightly drybrushed mix Necrotite Green/Menoth White Highlight. Entire model washed Agrax Earthshade. Outer rim of base painted Menoth White Highlight.

Veteran Fangtooth

Veteran Fangtooth is a heavy for the Solthecius team in Guildball and is available in the "Faithful: New Beginnings" box.

Primed white and washed with GW Badab Black. Skin painted Khardic Flesh, drybrushed Midlund Flesh, lightly drybrushed Ryn Flesh. White painted Menoth White and drybrushed Morrow White. Gold parts painted a 2/1 mix of Radiant Platinum and Cygnar Yellow.

Blues painted Exile Blue, drybrushed Cygnar Blue Highlight, and drybrushed mix Cygnar Blue Highlight and Menoth White Highlight. Metals painted Quicksilver. Leathers painted Bloodstone. Red slash marks on back painted Khador Red.Mace spiked painted Pig Iron and highlighted Quicksilver.

Mob Football (Guildball) Goals and Terrain Kickstarter

Late last year I participated in another Kickstarter. This time by Broken Toad for Guildball terrain or as they called it Mob Football. It arrived not long after it was scheduled and I am looking forward to painting it up as they look great. I'll also use it for other miniature games too. As you can see, even though the initial focus for the Kickstarter was on goals, I did not get a single one as I want to make my own...eventually.

Here is the lot that I got, minus some of the ball tokens that I did not need primed yet. The figure is Benediction on a 40mm base.

 Here are the rough ground terrain with one max on the table at one time.

 Fast ground with two max on the table at one time.

 Obstacles with up to four on the table at one time and at least one per other terrain piece that is on the table.

 I also got the ball pack that has one themed ball per Guild that was out or almost out at the time of the Kickstarter, including the Falcons. The ones primed here are the Solthecius (current faction I'm playing), Union, Fishermen, Mason balls plus the Ratcatchers and Morticians (Guilds I'm playing next year).

I wish I got more fast ground and rough terrain pieces.  Fortunately the new plastic Guild boxes have terrain in them, so when I pick up the Hunters, Falconers, Blacksmiths, and Farmers (as well as the other expansion teams) it will fill them out nicely for running tournaments and such.

Infinity RPG - Bureau Noir Kickstarter

I participated in the Infinity RPG kickstarter from Modiphius. It is based in the world if the Infinity miniature game. I took part in it back in October of 2015. In order to make the game as closely connected to the world of Infinity, the British company Modiphius and the Spanish Infinity miniature game company Corvus Belli, had to communicate back and forth a lot...over two years worth! The waiting is over though and it has finally arrived.

The product came in this nice thick cardboard box that looks like a briefcase and comes apart in two halves. The box of miniatures was in the box but could not get it back in.

It included the core book, players guide, 40 page adventure, 6 miniatures, gamemaster's guide, GM screen, pad of character sheets, pad of NPC sheets, double sided map (human sphere and Paradiso), and all of the mentioned books plus unlocked books in pdf.

I also got the 8 pack of dice, d20 dice collectors set, NPC card pack, locations card pack, and ten 32 page Infinity RPG primers as add-ons.

The unlocks pdf books that I will get, once they are done, are: Faction books (Ariadna, Haqqislam, Panoceania, Nomads, ALEPH, Yu Jing, Tohaa, and Combined Army), Shentang Shuffle adventure, Paradiso world book, and the Shadow Affairs campaign.

No idea how the RPG plays but really like the Infinity world even though I currently do not play the miniature game. Once I clear off my shelf of RPGs to read, I'll give this one a look through. Who knows...it might encourage me to paint more Infinity models too.
