Mr Freeze Crew

 This Mr. Freeze crew from the second edition of the game from Knight Models was a four model pack. The newer Third edition of the models are very nicely sculpted but not enough to have me buy them again.

Mr Freeze painted the same as my Unknown faction Mr Freeze.

The three minions were primed black, straps, pants, mask, and gun painted Greatcoat Grey, drybrushed Bastion Grey, and lightly drybrushed Trollblood Highlight. Jacket painted Cygnar Bane Base, drybrushed Cygnar Base Highlight, and lightly drybrushed mix of Cygnar Blue Highlight and Menoth White Highlight. Arcane Blue applied to cyro power cables. Whole model lightly drybrushed with Army Painter Matt White to give a frosty snow look. Goggles lenses painted Skorne Red, and upper goggles has a bit of Khador Red base applied, then the top of the lenses has AP Matt White applied. Fur collar painted Army Painter Matt White.

Shovel metal parts painted Thamar Black and wooden shaft painted Bloodtracker Brown and drybrushed Rucksack Tan.

Base painted cheap black, drybrushed Cryx Bane Base, lightly drybrushed Cryx Bane Highlight, and very lightly drybrushed Trollblood Highlight. Whiole model was washed with GW Agrax Earthshade.

Mr. Freeze

 Mr. Freeze is a regular villain of Batman. This is from the first edition of metal models from Knight Models and is of the Unknown faction, meaning it can be part of any crew as long as it is not hated by the model. In this case, the Unknown faction Mr. Freeze can be part of any faction, including the Batman one. This is not unusual as Victor Fries would do anything to save the life of his wife who is kept in suspended animation until a cure is found. 

Primed black, painted Greatcoat grey, drybrushed Bastion Grey, and lightly drybrushed Trollblood Highlight. Face painted Frostbite then entire model washed with GW Drakenhof Nightshade. Model then drybrushed with GW Praxeti White, Frostbite drybrushed on face. Arcane Blue applied to cyro power cables. Whole model lightly drybrushed with Army Painter Matt White to give a frosty snow look. Black Canary

Black Canary, an earlier metal model for the Batman Miniature Game by Knight Models. Costume painted Cygnar Base Blue, drybrushed Cygnar Blue Highlight. Netting costume was lightly drybrushed Arcane Blue and even lighter drybrush while darker costume was lightly drybrushed mix Cygnat Blue Highlight with Menoth White Highlight. Skin painted Khardic Flesh, drybrushed Midlund Flesh, and lightly drybrushed Ryn Flesh. Hair painted Moldy Ochre and drybrushed Cygnar Yellow. Mouth painted Thamar Black. Army Painter Gloss used on armoured parts. Base painted Greycoat Grey, drybrushed Cryx Bane Highlight, and lightly drybrushed Trollblood Highlight. Entire model was then washed with Agrax Earthshade. I have mentioned in my blog before that I cannot do faces nor detail work but this model looks perfectly fine at arms length.

Green Arrow

Green Arrow early edition metal model for the Batman Miniature Game, from Knight Models. Primed black. Costume rough drybrush Iosian Green, drybrush Wurm Green, light drybrush Necrotite Green mixed with Menoth White Highlight. Skin painted Khardic Flesh, drybrushed Midlund Flesh, and lightly drybrushed Ryn Flesh. Buckles painted Solid Gold. Brown parts painted Bloodtracker Brown and drybrushed Rucksack Tan. Beard painted Cygnar Yellow. Goggles painted Iosian Green and eyespots painted Menoth White Highlight (badly). After model armoured parts had Army Painter gloss applied whole model washed with Agrax Earthshade. I really think I should give up on faces now. Looks awful with this macro picture from my camera.

Rick Flagg

 From the Suicide Squad film comes the Ethan Hawke version of Rick Flagg. The gun stock was munched on by one of my cats and is lost to the ether.

Primed black. Shirt is painted Gun Corps Brown, drybrushed Rucksack Tan, and lightly drybrushed mix Rucksack Tan/Menoth White Highlight. Pants/vest/belt painted Greatcoat Grey, drybrushed Bastion Grey, and lightly drybrushed Trollblood Base. Weapons painted Thamar Black, drybrushed Bastion Grey, and lightly drybrushed Coal Black. Skin painted Khardic Flesh, drybrushed Midlund Flesh, and lightly drybrushed Ryn Flesh. Hair painted Bloodtracker Brown.

Base painted Greatcoat Grey, drybrushed Cryx Bane Highlight, lightly drybrushed Trollblood Highlight. Entire model washed with Agrax Earthshade and rim of base painted Exile Blue.

Enchantress

 Part of the Unknown faction is Enchantress, for the Batman Miniature game, as depicted in the Suicide Squad film. 

Primed Black, skin painted Midland Flesh, drybrushed mix of 2/3 Ryn Flesh and Marrow White. Clothing painted Solid Gold, washed with GW Nihilakh Oxide, drybrushed Solid Gold. Hair painted Thamar Black, drybrushed mix Coal Black and Menoth White Highlight, and and lightly drybrushed with perevious mix with some more Menoth White Highlight. Eye Mascara painted Thamar Black and pupils painted mix of Coal Black and Menoth White Highlight. Tattoos painted poorly with Thamar Black. Eyes painted Menoth White Highlight with a pupil painted Arcane Blue.

Base painted black, heavily drybrushed Cryx Bane Base, drybrushed Cryx Bane Highlight, lightly drybrushed Trollblood Base. Entire model washed with Agrax Earthshade. Not my best work.
