Reinholdt is appreciated by ranged casters for Cygnar especially and not so much for Khador (except Karchev). For one point he's a good fit when you can't think of anything. When BTB with a Warcaster he can grant the WC another ranged attack (very good for Kara Sloan and Siege). or he can add a die to an attack or damage roll but you must discard one. Or allow you to measure from one model to another (handy for setting up one of your models to reach out and squish someone.
After basing him with a spray of Krylon White, then a base of P3 Battlefield Green, drybrushed P3 Traitor Green then lightly drybrushed GW Gretchin Green.
His lips, knuckles and knees were lightly drybrushed with P3 Midlund Flesh. His jacket and satchel was then painted P3 Gun Corps Brown and only the jacket drybrushed P3 Bootstrap Leather.
The satchel and strap were drybrushed with Rucksack Tan. The hat and boots were painted P3 Exile Blue and the shorts painted with GW Red Gore.
The shoes and hat were drybrushed with P3 Cygnar Blue Highlight and the vest was painted in that color. The shorts and some parts of the jacket were lightly drybrushed P3 Menoth White Highlight while the teeth were painted that color. The watch and eyepiece were painted in GW Dwarven Brass. The eyeglass was painted with a dab of P3 Arcane Blue. The model was washed with GW Devlan Mud. The base was painted and flocked as per Kara Sloan.
